We are sorry, but as a result of negative experiences, pets are no longer allowed in the house

At the Calicanto there are two dogs, Cali und Canto, they are very polite and frendly to our Guests 

  advance payment with e-banking

for bookings well in advance or if all rooms are reserved by a group 

a deposit is required (30% of the total)

In case of cancellation it will be retained CHF 20.00 for administrative fees

Till 15 days before date of arrival           no fee charges

14 - 7 days before date of arrival           60% of the total of the reservation

6        days before date of arrival 

          the date of arrival or "no show"  100%  of the total of the reservation

In case of an abbreviation of a stay in progress, the amount of the total stay will be required

If the stay is cancelled but postponed to another date or if the room will be occupied

by others guests no cancellation fees will be required
